Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the managed office space.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize revenue and profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing).

- Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the enterprise market.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- In-depth understanding of the managed office industry and its key players.

- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
