We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our team at Alp Consulting Ltd. in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role, driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales and Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing sponsors for our organization's various initiatives. You will own the entire revenue growth cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing opportunities with multiple stakeholders.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Marketing Heads and CXO level professionals, to focus on long-term partnerships. Your expertise in creating compelling sponsorship proposals that clearly define fitment and return on investment (ROI) for prospective sponsors will be invaluable in securing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sponsorship Sales: Identify and secure sponsors for our organization's initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audience.
  • Revenue Responsibility: Own the entire revenue growth cycle, from lead identification to negotiation and closure of opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Tailored Proposals: Create sponsorship proposals that clearly define fitment and ROI for prospective sponsors.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on sponsorship sales and brand partnerships. Achieved revenue targets of INR 8+ crore annually.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of concept selling and securing sponsorships, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business landscape, with the ability to identify right sponsors for specific lists and craft targeted proposals.
