Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through aggressive expansion of the customer base
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes from prospecting to contract execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at medium to large-sized businesses
  • Oversee payroll processing, including end-to-end payroll management for 10,000-12,000 employees
  • Prepare and submit TDS returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments. Your expertise in SaaS solutions and ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans will be highly valued. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
