Sales and Relationship Executive

About the Role: As a Sales and Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will have a strong background in Loan Against Property (LAP) and excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- Present cases to senior management, providing comprehensive insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with competition offerings and new products to drive business growth.
- Make informed business decisions based on financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in LAP or Mortgage, with at least 3+ years of mandatory LAP experience at RM/SM level.
- Proven industry experience in Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and understand financials.
