Sales Performance Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Executive to join our team at Destino Infotech Pvt Ltd.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving business growth through effective lead generation, conversion, and relationship-building.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position based in Belapur - Navi Mumbai, requiring a minimum of 2 years to 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.
You will be responsible for:
- Generating new leads and opportunities through targeted outreach and marketing efforts
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of sales activity, including lead generation, conversions, and customer interactions
What We Offer:
