Job Title: Telesales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Sarika HR Solutions. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential customers, and developing solid relationships with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telemarketing and cold calling.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our company's products and services to enhance performance and provide excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record customer purchase orders and process customer purchases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably from the hotel industry.
  • Computer literacy and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Good interpersonal skills, serviced-oriented, and attention to detail.
