Sales Performance Executive

Job Title: Sales Performance Executive
Reports To: Director
The Sales Performance Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets within the assigned market or territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Guide leads through the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries and negotiating deals to close sales successfully.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide a high level of customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Gather feedback from clients, stay informed on industry trends, and report back to management to inform strategic decisions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and potential improvements to the team lead or manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening, negotiation, and presentation.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
