We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Executive to drive revenue growth in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presents and sells company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospects and contacts potential customers to expand the customer base
  • Reaches agreed-upon sales targets by the designated deadline
  • Resolves customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Sets follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments
  • Creates sales materials to present to customers
  • Sells products by establishing strong relationships with clients
  • Responsible for all point-of-sale activities in the showroom.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Jewellery industry
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
