Sales Relationship Builder

At Pixelo Digital, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Intern to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
The salary range for this position is approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Job Description:
- Conduct Thorough Research: Gather relevant information on potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Initiate Outbound Prospecting Efforts: Use various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events, to connect with potential clients.
- Qualify Leads: Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our IT solutions to schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Develop strategies, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Build and Maintain a Strong Pipeline: Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide Feedback: Regularly provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in Training: Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Meet Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
