We are seeking a Sales Closing Manager to join our team at Narang Realty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting customer queries into final sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide an engaging project presentation experience.
  • Convert customer queries into sales by offering the best deals.
  • Offer after-sale service experiences at the site office.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Optimize retention ratios by resolving client complaints efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
