Job Role
We seek a Manager - Sales with exceptional leadership skills to motivate and empower our sales team. Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and mentoring sales team members to reach their full potential
- Ensuring sales associates meet their targets through motivation and performance evaluation
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Managing sales team performance, including feedback and escalation management
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on team management
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A strategic thinking approach with a focus on business outcomes
