Health Product Sales Manager

The Health Manager will be responsible for leading the telesales team responsible for selling health-related products. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the telesales unit, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team members' skills.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new telesales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to health products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the telesales team is well-informed about product features, benefits, and industry trends.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the daily operations of the telesales unit, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Implement and manage sales processes and CRM systems to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall company objectives.
- Ensure the telesales team complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure all sales practices adhere to company policies.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the health or insurance sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
