Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Associate to join Zeno Health. As a Product Management Associate, you will be responsible for understanding user/customer needs and translating them into creative product solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, conducting experiments and using data-driven insights to drive product development. Collaboration with business teams, technology teams, and other cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to create products that meet customer expectations and enhance their experience.
  • Brainstorm and propose innovative product solutions to address user needs and business objectives.
  • Develop product hypotheses and design experiments to validate assumptions quickly.
  • Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to analyze user behavior, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
  • Monitor key product metrics and use data to drive product decision-making.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the ecommerce or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Exposure to JIRA or similar tools.
