Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Lead to join our team at Nand Imperial Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead and manage sales activities in an assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales activity of Litecure Laser, Frequencer, Gamma Camera, Mobile X-Ray Products, and Virtual Reality Surgery Simulator promoted by the company in an assigned area.
  • Generate leads and convert leads into orders.
  • Convince customers about the superiority of our technology vis-­-vis other technologies/competitors.
  • Explain the ROI of our technology to customers.
  • Provide information and convince customers about various applications of the product.
  • Conduct demos of the machine as appropriate.
  • Negotiate on price quoted and finalize deals to the best effect.
  • Meet assigned sales targets in terms of volume and value.
  • Ensure that all customer issues are resolved on a timely basis.
  • Gather, analyze, and deliver market information from the field, including forecasting and lost order reporting, as well as competitive information to allow the company to develop strategies appropriate to meet the challenges in the market place.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in selling medical devices/Vet Products is preferred. Graduate in Life sciences/Chemistry/Electronics/BE qualification.
