We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Pune or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting the larger business objectives of our business unit.
Role Overview
This is an Inside Sales - lead generation role that requires close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams. As a Sales Performance Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources across geographies and lines of services.
You will generate qualified leads based on in-depth research & competitor analysis for focused verticals through web and social media, set up qualified meetings, and ensure our sales personnel is equipped with necessary information. Additionally, you will assist in building sales collaterals to orient prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate qualified leads through geo/industry/product research & competitor analysis for focused verticals through web and social media.* Set up qualified meetings and ensure the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information.* Assist in building sales collaterals to orient prospective clients.* Assist in activation and running of various communications geo/industry/product campaigns using various mediums (including email, phone & events campaigns).* Stay abreast of market developments and understand competitor trends. Analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects.* Persistently follows up with the client in a clear & timely manner to ensure on building lasting relations.* Communicate clearly and gauge verbal and non-verbal cues of the prospects and aims to maximize on them.* Create and maintain a database for future reference and use.
Desired Skills & Behaviours
A strong background in sales performance and a positive attitude would be an advantage. You should possess excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. A good grasp of interpersonal skills is also essential. Social Media savvy would be beneficial as well.
Tools and Familiarity
The ideal candidate should have familiarity with tools such as Hubspot (CRM), Zoom Info, Seamless. AI, Linked In Sales Navigator would be an added advantage.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately ₹7-9 lakhs, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
