Senior Sales Trainer
Job Location: Bangalore, India
About the Role:
The Senior Sales Trainer will play a pivotal part in crafting and implementing effective sales training programs tailored to our tech-focused offerings. You will empower the sales team with the skills and knowledge required to sell high-tech educational products and services effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Training Programs: Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on Data Science, AI & ML, Digital Marketing, Project Management, and other tech-related products.
- Content Development: Create engaging sales training materials, presentations, and manuals that align with the technical and market needs.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching to sales members, focusing on improving their understanding of tech skills and strategies to handle tech-savvy clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess sales performance and identify training needs through analysis of sales data, feedback, and regular evaluations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to stay updated on product developments, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the latest technical knowledge.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly update training programs based on industry trends, technological advancements, and feedback from sales teams.
We Need:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in tech-related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Data Science, AI & ML, Digital Marketing, and Project Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for the sales team.
- Proficiency in using training tools, e-learning platforms, and sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales data to assess training impact.
