High-Impact Sales Enablement Strategist

Nanonets, a pioneering AI-powered document processing company, is seeking an accomplished High-Impact Sales Enablement Strategist to spearhead the design and delivery of enablement programs for its global sales teams.
With a strong focus on empowering sales professionals, this role involves identifying skill gaps, creating tailored learning materials, and evaluating the success of enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to develop solutions that overcome challenges across the sales cycle, ultimately boosting team performance and ensuring sales professionals excel in their roles.
The High-Impact Sales Enablement Strategist will be responsible for leading the creation and deployment of training content, processes, practices, and tools to support the sales team. This includes planning quarterly and annual sales quotas, maintaining sales dashboards to track operating performance against plan, and supporting Account Executives (AEs) in attaining their quota targets.
A key aspect of this role is building automations to ensure the success of sales team members and tracking/analyzing courseware and sales enablement content usage. Additionally, the High-Impact Sales Enablement Strategist will support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to effectively understand and sell solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL), and prior experience working with CRM systems. They should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to create formal networks with key decision makers, and demonstrate a results-oriented approach.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a Tier 1 institute, along with 2-5 years of experience in a GTM/Enablement role, is required for this position. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's location.
