Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver enablement programs that equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to develop solutions that address key challenges.
  • Analyze data to identify skill gaps and inform program development.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of content, training materials, and tools to support sales teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a GTM/Enablement role.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, and programming languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
