With a strong track record of success, we're now expanding our sales team and seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Leader to join our mission. As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver enablement programs that equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to develop solutions that address key challenges.
- Analyze data to identify skill gaps and inform program development.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of content, training materials, and tools to support sales teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field from a reputable institution.
- 2-5 years of experience in a GTM/Enablement role.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, and programming languages (e.g., SQL).
- Prior experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
