About Vinculum Group
We are seeking a seasoned Growth Enablement Leader to join our team. As a key player in driving revenue growth, you will oversee both the Inside Sales and Marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that maximize lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall sales performance.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on data-driven decision-making, customer relationship management, and team leadership. You will work closely with our product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive growth in our target markets.
- Lead the Inside Sales team in achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Manage lead generation activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on growth strategies.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
