Strategic Sales Enablement Lead, Amazon Advertising

This is a senior role at Amazon Advertising in India, where you will work closely with the business leadership to define and execute strategic priorities. As a key member of our team, you will co-own revenue goals by identifying opportunities to improve the advertiser experience.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of sales enablement in large organizations, combined with strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and translate business needs into initiatives.
This is a hands-on position with high visibility, requiring a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and get things done.
Key responsibilities include working alongside senior leadership to establish the vision for advertising servicing teams, designing and implementing tools/workflows that empower sales team members, account management and operations teams, and evaluating solutions to customize them for India business aimed at productivity/efficiency improvements.
You will also identify gaps and opportunities in current processes, scope out requirements, and influence product and tech charter (IN & WW), owning GTM and adoption goals for solutions rolled out.
Designing and implementing programs to improve effectiveness of Joint Business Planning processes with advertisers, and building and executing a knowledge management and sharing framework within the team to share best practices and case studies.

- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience building customer relationships
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
