Responsibilities:
  • CandidateSourcing: Utilize various channels suchas job boards social media networking and referrals to identifypotential candidates for openpositions.
  • CandidateScreening: Conduct initial screenings ofcandidates to assess their qualifications experience and fit forspecificroles.
  • InterviewCoordination: Schedule and coordinateinterviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring aseamless and efficient recruitmentprocess.
  • ResumeReview: Review resumes and applicationsto determine candidate suitability based on job requirements andclientpreferences.
  • DatabaseManagement: Maintain accurate anduptodate candidate records in the recruitment database includingcontact information application status and interviewnotes.
  • CandidateCommunication: Maintain regularcommunication with candidates throughout the recruitment processproviding updates on their application status and nextsteps.
  • ClientInteraction: Collaborate with hiringmanagers and client representatives to understand their staffingneeds and align recruitment effortsaccordingly.
  • AdministrativeSupport: Assist with variousadministrative tasks related to recruitment such as job postingsdocumentation andreporting.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in human resources business administration or arelated field ispreferred.
  • Strongcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Excellentorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
  • Detailorientedwith a focus on accuracy andthoroughness.
  • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced environment and adapt tochangingpriorities.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with recruitment softwareor applicant tracking systems is aplus.
  • Previousexperience or internship in recruitment HR or related field isdesirable butoptional.
