Overview:The HRExecutive plays a pivotal role in the organizations human resourcesactivities. They are responsible for implementing HR programspolicies and managing all aspects of employee relations. The HRExecutive will work closely with management to develop and executeHR strategies supporting the organizations overallgoals.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Handling theendtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening andinterviewing candidates
  • Managing employeerelations addressing grievances and providing guidance on HRpolicies and procedures
  • Utilizing HRIS systemsfor data management reporting andanalysis
  • Overseeing compliance with labor lawsand regulations
  • Designing and conductingemployee onboarding and orientationprograms
  • Administering performance managementprocesses and conducting regular performancereviews
  • Developing and implementing HR policiesand procedures
  • Conducting training needsassessment and coordinating trainingprograms
  • Managing benefits administration andresolving benefitrelated issues
  • Collaboratingwith management to develop and implement employee engagementinitiatives
  • Providing counseling and support toemployees on various HRrelated matters
  • Ensuringaccurate maintenance of employee records anddocumentation
  • Handling employee data andgenerating HR reports
  • Assisting in HR projectsand initiatives as needed
  • Staying updated on HRtrends and best practices
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executiveor similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of HRprinciples practices and procedures
  • Proficiencyin HRIS and other HR software
  • Strongunderstanding of employment laws andregulations
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
  • Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Certification in Human Resources(e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
  • Experience inhandling employee relations and conflictresolution
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritizeand manage multiple taskssimultaneously
  • Attention to detail andexcellent analytical skills
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office applications
  • Flexibility andadaptability to evolving HRneeds
