Role& Responsibilities
StaffManagement: Oversee and manage a diverse staff of approximately 300employees. Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with thebakerys values and promotes employeeengagement.
Payroll and Compensation: Administer and supervise the payrollprocess ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries andbenefits. Maintain payroll records deductions and tax compliance inaccordance with localregulations.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns conflictsand grievances in a fair and confidential manner. Conduct regularcheckins with staff to gauge employee satisfaction and identifyareas forimprovement.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers toidentify staffing needs and initiate recruitment processes.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a seamlessintegration into the bakerys workenvironment.
Policy Development and Compliance: Develop update and communicateHR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws andcompany standards. Stay informed about changes in labor legislationand update policiesaccordingly.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinateemployee development programs. Encourage continuous learning andskill enhancement to support career growth within thebakery.
Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safetyprotocols to create a secure working environment. Coordinate withrelevant authorities to ensure compliance with occupational healthand safetyregulations.
Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to HR functionsincluding documentation recordkeeping and employee files.Coordinate employee events recognition programs and otherinitiatives to boost morale and teamspirit.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelatedfield.
Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on administration andstaffmanagement.
Indepth knowledge of labor laws and regulations with the ability tointerpret and apply themeffectively.
Ability to communicate HR policies and procedures clearly andprofessionally.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MSOfficeapplications.
Proficient in handling the endtoend process of payslip generationand salarymanagement.
Experience with payroll software and systems to ensure accurate andtimely salarydisbursement.
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
