HR Manager

KeyResponsibilities:
- Partners with theleadership team to understand and execute the organizations humanresource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to currentand future talent needs recruiting retention and successionplanning.
- Provides support and guidance to HRgeneralists management and other staff when complex specialized andsensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administerand execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such asproviding reasonable accommodations investigating allegations ofwrongdoing and terminations.
- Manages thetalent acquisition process which may include recruitmentinterviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants particularlyfor managerial exempt and professional roles; collaborates withdepartmental managers to understand skills and competenciesrequired for openings.
- Analyzes trends incompensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive baseand incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts andretains top talent.
- Creates learning anddevelopment programs and initiatives that provide internaldevelopment opportunities for employees.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetingsterminations and investigations.
- Maintainscompliance with employment laws and regulations and recommendedbest practices; reviews policies and practices to maintaincompliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends bestpractices regulatory changes and new technologies in humanresources talent management and employmentlaw.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attentionto detail.
- Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
- Ability to prioritizetasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity professionalismand confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge ofemploymentrelated laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite orrelated software.
- Proficiency with or theability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talentmanagement systems.
