Overview: The HRManager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing thehuman resources department and ensuring that HR operations alignwith the companys goals and objectives. They are responsible forimplementing HR strategies managing employee relations and drivingthe overall HR function to support the organizationssuccess.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy
  • Manage the recruitment andselection process including sourcing interviewing and hiring ofqualified candidates
  • Oversee employee relationsincluding conflict resolution disciplinary actions andinvestigations
  • Ensure legal compliancethroughout HR management
  • Design and monitor HRpolicies and procedures to support the organizationsgoals
  • Lead performance management processes todrive a highperformance culture
  • Identifytraining needs and coordinate learning and development initiativesfor employees
  • Manage and resolve complexemployee relations issues
  • Conduct data analysisand reporting to support HR metrics anddecisionmaking
  • Collaborate with management todevelop and implement employee engagementinitiatives
  • Handle employee complaintsgrievances and inquiries
  • Ensure fair andconsistent application of HR policies andprocedures
  • Administer and maintain HR systemsand databases
  • Stay updated on HR trends andemployment legislation to ensurecompliance
  • Manage and oversee the annualperformance appraisalprocess
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Proven work experience as an HR manageror similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRfunctions such as compensation benefits employee relations trainingand development
  • Strong understanding of laborlegislation and employment laws
  • Excellentleadership and interpersonal skills
  • Provenexperience in HR metrics and dataanalysis
  • Ability to effectively manage employeerelations and conflict resolution
  • Experience indeveloping HR policies andprocedures
  • Exceptional problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
  • Strong communicationand negotiation skills
  • Certification such asPHR or SPHR is a plus
  • Proficiency in HRIS andMS Office
  • Ability to work well under pressureand meet deadlines
  • Understanding of culturalsensitivity and diversity in the workplace
  • Highlevel of integrity andconfidentiality
