  • Assist in maintaining HR databasesand systems
  • Support the organization ofemployee engagement activities
  • Participate inthe development of HR reports andpresentations
  • Adhere to HR and organizationalpolicies and procedures
RequiredQualifications:
  • Currently pursuing adegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Strong understanding of HR principles andpractices
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
  • Proficiency in MS Officeapplications
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work effectivelyin a team environment
  • Basic knowledge ofemployment laws and regulations
  • Demonstratedcritical thinking and problemsolvingabilities
  • Attention to detail andaccuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks
  • Adaptability and willingness tolearn
  • Previous internship or office experienceis a plus
