RoleDescription This is a fulltime onsite role for aHuman Resources Generalist at iMetrix Solutions Private Limited inNavi Mumbai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible formanaging HR policies employee benefits benefits administration andoverseeing HR management. The role will involve daytoday HR tasksand providing support to both employees andmanagement.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR)principles and practices Experience in HRmanagement and administration Familiaritywith HR policies and regulations Knowledgeof employee benefits and benefits administration Strong communication and interpersonalskills Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information Excellentorganizational and time management skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelated field
WeeklyOffs: Sunday Compensation: CTC: Upto 3.0lacs per annum Monthly Bonus: ProvidedTransport Allowance: Provided
