  • Assist in the development andimplementation of employee engagement initiatives, such asteam-building activities, employee recognition programs, andsurveys.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics andreports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities forimprovement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends,best practices, and legal developments to ensure the organizationremains compliant and competitive in the marketplace.
