Overview: The HRGeneralist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioningof the organizations human resources processes. They areresponsible for a wide range of HR functions from recruitment andonboarding to employee relations and compliance. This role isintegral to maintaining a positive work environment and ensuringlegal compliance.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage the endtoendrecruitment process including job postings screening andinterviewing.
  • Coordinate new employeeonboarding including orientation and trainingprograms.
  • Handle employee relations matterssuch as conflict resolution and disciplinaryactions.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodateemployee records using HRIS.
  • Ensure compliancewith all employment laws andregulations.
  • Administer employee benefitprograms and address related inquiries.
  • Assistin the development and implementation of HR policies andprocedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluation andfeedback sessions.
  • Coordinate employeeengagement and recognitionprograms.
  • Participate in the development anddelivery of HR training and developmentinitiatives.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield.
  • Proven experience working as an HRGeneralist or in a similar HR role.
  • Soundknowledge of employment laws andregulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HRsoftware systems.
  • Strong understanding ofrecruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Demonstratedproblemsolving and conflict resolutionskills.
  • HR certification such as SHRMCP or PHRis aplus.
