Overview: The TalentAcquisition Executive plays a crucial role in the organizationssuccess by identifying and acquiring top talent to meet thecompanys staffing needs. This individual will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing innovative strategies to attract andretain highquality employees ensuring a strong pipeline ofcandidates for current and future roles.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand staffingneeds
  • Design and execute talent acquisitionstrategies
  • Source potential candidates throughonline channels (e.g. social platforms professionalnetworks)
  • Screen resumes and applicationforms
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidatesrelevant knowledge skills soft skills andexperience
  • Utilize HR databases and ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) to managecandidates
  • Promote the companys employer brandto attract top talent
  • Provide a positivecandidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess
  • Negotiate and finalize employmentoffers
  • Track key recruitingmetrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends andemployment legislation
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven work experience as a TalentAcquisition executive or similarrole
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fullcyclerecruiting and employer brandingtechniques
  • Proficiency in using varioussourcing techniques and tools
  • Solidunderstanding of employment law andregulations
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong decisionmaking andnegotiation abilities
  • Ability to prioritize andhandle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experiencewith Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRdatabases
  • High level of confidentiality andprofessionalism
