Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM FunctionalConsultant Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCMFunctional Consultant to join our team.
The idealcandidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HumanCapital Management (HCM) and expertise in implementing configuringand supporting various functional modules within the Oracle FusionHCM suite.
This role will involve collaborating withclients to understand their HR business processes and requirementsand designing and implementing solutions that optimize HRoperations and enhance user experience.Responsibilities: Collaboratewith clients to gather and analyze HR business requirements acrossvarious functional areas including Core HR Talent ManagementWorkforce Compensation Benefits Payroll Absence Management andTalent Acquisition.
Design and configure Oracle FusionHCM modules to meet clientspecific requirements ensuring alignmentwith industry best practices and compliance standards.
Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projectsincluding requirements gathering solution design configurationtesting and deployment.
Provide expertise in Core HRprocesses including workforce structures organization hierarchiesworkforce records management and workforce modeling.
Configure and manage Talent Management modules includingPerformance Management Goal Management Succession Planning CareerDevelopment and Learning Management.
Configure andmanage Compensation and Benefits modules including compensationplans salary structures benefits programs and eligibilityrules.
Configure and manage Payroll modules includingpayroll processing payroll elements payroll flows tax reporting andstatutory compliance.
Configure and manage AbsenceManagement modules including leave types absence plans absenceaccruals absence entitlements and absence reporting.
Configure and manage Talent Acquisition modules includingrecruitment processes job requisitions candidate sourcing candidatescreening and offer management.
Collaborate withtechnical teams to develop and customize reports interfaces anddata conversions to support Oracle Fusion HCM implementationprojects.
Provide enduser training and support duringOracle Fusion HCM implementations and postgolive supportphases.
Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM releasesupdates and new features and provide recommendations for systemenhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration Information Technology or relatedfield.
Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCMFunctional Consultant or similar role with a minimum of X years ofexperience.
Indepth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCMmodules including Core HR Talent Management Compensation BenefitsPayroll Absence Management and Talent Acquisition.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practicesacross various industries.
Experience leading andsupporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects fromrequirements gathering to deployment.
Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills with the ability to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with clients stakeholders and team members.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highqualitysolutions and documentation.
Oracle Fusion HCMcertification(s) is preferred.
