StrategicPlanning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisitionstrategy aligned with the companys goals andobjectives.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team ofrecruiters sourcers and coordinators to ensure the delivery ofhighquality candidates and exceptional candidateexperience.
Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuouslyevaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiencyeffectiveness and scalability.

Employer Branding: Partner withmarketing and communication teams to enhance the companys employerbrand and attract top talent.

Candidate Sourcing: Oversee thedevelopment and execution of sourcing strategies to identify andengage passive candidates through various channels including socialmedia networking events and employeereferrals.
Candidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiringmanagers to define job requirements and develop candidateevaluation criteria. Ensure the use of standardized assessmentmethods to evaluate candidates skills experience and culturalfit.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships withexternal recruitment agencies job boards and other vendors tooptimize recruitment outcomes and minimizecosts.
Data Analytics: Utilize recruitment data andmetrics to track performance identify trends and make datadrivendecisions to improve recruitment outcomes.

Compliance: Ensurecompliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in allrecruitment activities including equal employment opportunity (EEO)and affirmative action requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HumanResources Business Administration or related field. Masters degreepreferred.
- Minimum of15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with atleast 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and leadinghighperforming recruitment teams in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
- Proventrack record of implementing innovative recruitment strategies anddriving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of best practices incandidate sourcing assessment andselection.
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS andother recruitment technology tools.
- Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g. PHRSHRMCP LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
