support.
Sourcing and Candidate Scoping: Utilize diversesourcing strategies including headhunting
referencingand social networking sites like LinkedIn to identify and attracttop talent in the
IT/Engineering sectors.
Timely Position Closure: Meet or exceed established TimetoFill(TAT) metrics by proactively
managing requisitions andexpediting the recruitment process without compromisingquality. Expertise in IT/EngineeringRecruitment: Demonstrate handson experience in recruitingfor
technical roles within the IT/Engineering domainsunderstanding the nuances of these industries to
effectively assess candidate suitability.
Utilization ofRecruitment Tools: Leverage a variety of recruitment tools andplatforms including
but not limited to Naukri Monsterjob postings search engines and social networking sitesto
source and engage with potentialcandidates.
Market Mapping and Candidate Attraction:Conduct market and industry mapping exercises to
identify talent pools and devise strategies for attracting andretaining the best candidates in the
market.
Job Description Creation: Develop comprehensive and compelling jobdescriptions that accurately
reflect the requirements ofeach position and appeal to qualified candidates.
HRAdministration Support: Assist in administering various HR plansand procedures contributing
to the development andimplementation of HR policies and maintaining employee recordsin
compliance with regulatory standards.
Recruitment Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate recordsof recruitment
activities including applicant trackinginterview feedback and background check reports to
facilitate datadriven decisionmaking and ensure compliance withinternal processes.
