Overview As a Team Leadin Talent Acquisition you will play a crucial role in leading ateam of recruiters to identify attract and hire top talent for ourorganization. Your leadership in this position will be instrumentalin shaping the companys future by building a highperforming team.You will be responsible for strategizing and executing talentacquisition plans to meet our staffing needs and contribute to theoverall success of the organization.Keyresponsibilities
  • Lead and mentor ateam of recruiters to ensure the successful execution ofrecruitment processes and strategies.
  • Developand implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attractand hire highquality candidates.
  • Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create jobdescriptions and interview processes.
  • Overseethe full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing tooffering and onboarding.
  • Utilize varioussourcing techniques to identify potential candidates including jobboards social media and professionalnetworks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments toevaluate candidates qualifications and fit for theorganization.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with external partners such as recruitment agenciesand universities.
  • Act as a subject matterexpert in talent assessment ensuring the selection of candidateswith the right skills and cultural fit.
  • Provideregular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics to track theteams performance and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Stay informed about industrytrends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuouslyenhance recruitment strategies.
  • Participate inemployer branding activities to promote the company as an employerof choice.
  • Lead by example fostering a positiveand inclusive work environment while promoting a culture ofcontinuous learning and development within theteam.
Requiredqualifications
  • Proven experience intalent acquisition or recruitment with at least 3 years in aleadership or supervisory role.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in fullcycle recruitment processes including sourcingassessing and hiring candidates across various levels andfunctional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of talentassessment methodologies and tools for evaluating candidates skillscompetencies and cultural fit.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport with candidates hiring managers and teammembers.
  • Leadership qualities with the abilityto motivate coach and develop a highperforming recruitmentteam.
  • Proven track record of meeting andexceeding recruitment targets and KPIs in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
  • Ability to analyze recruitmentdata and provide insights for process improvement anddecisionmaking.
  • High level of integrityconfidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitiverecruitment information and candidatedata.
  • Passion for staying updated on industrytrends and innovative approaches to talent acquisition and employerbranding.
  • Experience in employer branding andcreating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentjourney.
