Objective Build business by identifying prospectslead generation sales closures maintaining relationships withclients.
Aboutthe role Experience inDirect and Channel Sales business & candidate will beinvolved infollowing:
- Targetoriented candidate will be responsible to generate 20L Business and5L Revenue
- Must besmart patience soft spoken with excellentcommunication
- 23activities / events every month for prospect and lead generationwith the help of theteam.
- Preparing& monitoring business plan periodically monthly and yearly
- Performing leadgenerating activity based on business plan all team members
- Preparing responsesof own and team members
- Generating direct& channel business from Indore & upcountry market
- Arranging client /dealers workshops for salesgeneration
- Identifybusiness opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluatingtheir businessrequirements.
- Goodsales & marketing and team leadskills
- Ability toengage customers with knowledge base products and generatesales
- Must understand themarket they are operating in.
- Must have indepth product knowledge and the benefits it offers tocustomers.
- Should have good understanding ofthe organizations policies and processes related to customer andpartner.
- Should have good knowledge of MSOffice and other similar productivitytools.
- Should have a fair understanding thetechnologylandscape.
- Candidate must beGraduate or Postgraduate (preference to commerce graduate with goodacademic and working knowledge ofTally.ERP9)
- Must have prior experience in teamhandling
- Excellent sales negotiation andinterpersonal skills
- Goodtraining/coaching/mentoring skills
- Goodplanning and implementation skills
- Goodcommunication skills (Hindi and English)
- Goodpresentation and documentation skills
- Gooddecisionmaking skills
- Ability to prepare MISReports with MSOffice (Word PowerPoint andExcel)
