Roles& Responsabilities:

We are looking for askilled Team Leader Voice Operations who can lead and manageour Inside Sales

teams to help bringincreased production performance. The Team Leader will routinelyparticipate in

the hiring or selectionof candidates for production audit calls of the telesalesproduction team(s) and

provide timely feedbackas needed conduct sales coaching sessions onetoone or in group tohelp

increase performanceprovide frequent process updates motivate team members from time totime

and thereby helpachieve the desired call center production objectives. He/Sheshould have great

communication skills soas to be able to effectively communicate with the production teamand also

great interpersonal andcustomer service skills along with some experience of implementingbest

practices and a goodunderstanding of coaching employees with empathy leading toincreased

performance.

Deliverables:

Drive Sales via inbound and outboundchannels

Keep constant check on sales metrics foreach team member and for the whole team

hourly daily weekly andmonthly and ensure that all sales targets are metconsistently

Keep a constant check on Dialer or otherassigned platforms to help keep inbound call

abandons to a minimumacceptable level and to help increase call answeringefficiency

Publish daily and weekly reports to keepProduction team updated of teamperformance

Responsible for some level ofparticipation in the hiring and selection of candidates needed

for the productionfloor from time to time

Responsible for auditing calls along withmaking detailed notes of observations for feedback

as and whenneeded

Conduct andDocument feedback and coaching sessionswith proper signoffs and recordsmanagement

Share frequent updates with team memberswith regard to their individual sales performance

incentives performancegaps etc.

Develop and motivate team members toensure optimum performance levels at alltimes

Manage team Shrinkage & Attritionand help keep attrition within the team to aminimum

Ensure that all company policies areobserved and duly followed by the assigned team

members

AcademicRequirement:

HSC or Bachelor sor Master s in any stream (except Engineering MedicalScience)

Call Center related certifications are aplus

Production or Operations relatedcertifications are a plus

ExperienceRequirement:

Proven work experience as Team Leader inan International Call Center Sales/Collections Inbound or Outbound

voice operations for aminimum of 1Year

Work experience leading Sales team(s) in aUS voice process setting(Mandatory)

SkillRequirement:

Knowledge of MS Office suite withproficiency in MS Excel preferred

Good interpersonal customer service verbaland written communication skills

Positive and patient approach to work withproblems/issues

Ability to multitask and remain calm underpressure especially during peak hours

Strong coaching and team management skillsability to motivate team members

Ability to exhibit a very polite courteousand professional approach at all times
