Lead Inside Sales

Designation: Lead InsideSales
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct research and identifypotential clients in the engineering manufacturing chemical pharmaEPC Infra and IT industries. Utilize various sources includingonline platforms industry events referrals and cold calling togenerate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Prospect Management: Reach out to prospective clients viaphone calls emails and other communication channels to introduceour services understand their hiring needs and promote the valueproposition of our recruitment solutions.
- Solution Presentations: Conduct presentations and productdemonstrations to showcase our range of services includingleadership hiring RPO and executive search. Effectively communicatethe benefits and advantages of partnering with our company toprospective clients.
- Proposal Development:Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposalsand quotes tailored to each clients requirements. Ensure timelydelivery of proposals and follow up to address any questions orconcerns.
- Relationship Building: Build andmaintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers andinfluencers within client organizations. Regularly engage withexisting and potential clients to nurture relationships andidentify opportunities for upselling or crossselling ourservices.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stayupdated on industry trends market dynamics and competitoractivities. Provide insights and recommendations to the managementteam to enhance our sales strategies and stay ahead in themarket.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate anduptodate records of sales activities client interactions andprogress using our CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports andprovide performance updates to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor
- Experience:Proven experience in a presales/inside sales role preferably in therecruitment industry or a related field. Experience sellingservices within the engineering manufacturing chemical pharma EPCInfra or IT industries is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the talentacquisition landscape including executive search leadership hiringand RPO. Understanding of the engineering manufacturing chemicalpharma EPC Infra and IT industries their key players and hiringchallenges will be advantageous.
