Overview:The LeadGeneration Expert plays a crucial role in driving the growth of ourUS projects by identifying and engaging potential clients andnurturing them into sales leads. They will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing strategies to generate leads and builda strong pipeline of opportunities for our salesteam.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Researching andidentifying potential leads and prospects within the USmarket.
  • Utilizing various platforms and toolsto generate leads such as LinkedIn email campaigns and coldcalling.
  • Developing and implementing leadgeneration strategies to meet and exceed salestargets.
  • Collaborating with the marketing teamto create targeted campaigns that attract potentialleads.
  • Creating and maintaining a database ofqualified leads and regularly updating CRMsystems.
  • Qualifying leads and assessing theirpotential to become customers.
  • Developing andnurturing relationships with leads to move them through the salespipeline.
  • Monitoring and analyzing leadgeneration activities and providing regular reports to themanagement team.
  • Staying updated with thelatest industry trends and best practices in leadgeneration.
  • Collaborating with sales andmarketing teams to optimize lead conversionprocesses.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly andquarterly lead generation targets.
  • Representingthe company at industry events and networking opportunities togenerate leads.
  • Continuously improving leadgeneration processes and strategies based on performancefeedback.
  • Participating in regular trainingsessions to enhance lead generation skills andknowledge.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field.
  • Provenexperience as a lead generation expert or similar role in the USmarket.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting andexceeding lead generation targets.
  • Proficiencyin using CRM software to manage and trackleads.
  • Strong understanding of sales andmarketing principles.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
  • Exceptional organizational andtime management abilities.
  • Analytical mindsetwith the ability to interpret data and generate actionableinsights.
