  • Pursue sales leads andachieve the personal sales objectives with the product rangeTransformer Oil Light Liquid Paraffin Heavy LiquidParaffin and White Oil & Petroleum Jelly in Pan India.
  • Lead guide and providestrategic direction to the Sales Team.
  • Ensureto travel minimum of four days each to Zone on a Monthly basis.
  • Identify and attract new customers pursue newapplications and interact with corresponding process and productdevelopers of the potential customers leading to profitable futurebusiness.
  • Continuously increase marketintelligence and update customer and competitor data and apply theoverall sales process aiming to meet or exceed salestargets.
  • Support business development andcustomer management by initially identifying potential customersprovision of updated market intelligence to the team andseniors.
  • Negotiate and close deals orcontracts with customers and provide operational guidance andsupport to the relevant functional departments to ensureimplementation.
  • Identify customer requirementsand offer solutions accordingly.
  • Provideaccurate sales forecast supporting efficient planning of productsand services.
  • StrategicPlanning:
  • Sales planning andcontrolling and prioritizing production in conjunction withplant.
  • In charge ofcustomer inspections approvals with variousbodies.
  • Interfacingwith clients for suggesting the most viable product range andcultivating relations with them for securing repeatbusiness.
  • Providingservice to clients entailing provision of fastest solutions tocustomer concerns so as to enhance their satisfactionlevels.
  • BusinessDevelopment:
  • Responsiblefor selling our products in PAN India by acquiring &developing new clientelebase.
  • Formulatingbusiness plan for development and growth of the organization.
  • Steering entirebusiness directions ensuring profitability in line withorganizational objectives.
  • Acquiring anddeveloping new clients and negotiating with them for securingprofitablebusiness.
  • Sales& Marketing:
  • Exploringbusiness potential opportunities & clientele to secureprofitable business goals & managing the frontline salesteam.
  • Conductingcompetitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends toachievemetrics.
  • CustomerRelationshipManagement:
  • Managingcustomer centric operation and ensuring customer satisfaction byachieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
  • Interface withclients for suggesting the most viable product range andcultivating relations with them for securing repeatbusiness.
