Weare committed to innovation and professionalism constantly strivingto redefine performance metrics in theindustry.RoleDescriptionThis is a fulltimeonsite role for a Team Lead Quality and Training at iMetrixSolutions Private Limited located in Navi Mumbai. The Team Leadwill be responsible for overseeing quality control conductinganalytical assessments performing quality auditing and managementand ensuring quality assurance. The Team Lead will also beresponsible for mentoring and training the teammembers.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing and leading a team of auditors &conducting super audits for the team.Provide timely feedback to the assigned QAs and productionTelesales team to ensure issues if any are quicklyfixed Conducting frequent training/coachingsessions with the QA team and production teammembers Lead call listening sessions withcross function teams to ensure quality standards aremaintained Conduct training sessions onquality assurance and compliance needs with the new Training or OJTbatches Publish daily and weekly reports tokeep the Quality Assurance and Production team updated of teamperformance Conduct daily or weekly teamsessions to highlight and discuss observations from the call auditsor training sessions Document feedback andcoaching sessions with proper signoffs and recordsmanagementEligibilityProven work experience in Managing and Leading a team of QualityCoachs/Executives/Analysts in an International Call Center for aminimum of 3 years Work experience in a USsales/collections process will be preferredAnalytical thinking and problemsolvingabilities Strong understanding of QualityAssurance principles Excellent leadershipand mentoring abilities Strong written andverbal communication skills Knowledge ofquality monitoring tools and systems call scoring formsetc. Knowledge of MSOffice suite with proficiency in MS Excelpreferred Ability to multitask and remaincalm under pressure especially during peakhours Strong coaching and team managementskills ability to motivate team membersAbility to exhibit a very polite courteous and professionalapproach at all times Bachelors degree in arelevant field Weekly Offs:Saturday & SundayCompensation:CTC:Upto 4.50 lacs perannumIncentives:Subject toperformanceTransportAllowance: Provided iMetrix SolutionsPrivate Limited is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does notdiscriminate against applicants due to race ethnicity gender sexualorientation or on the basis of disability or any other reasonswhatsoever.
