Qualifications
MBA /PGDBA / MSW / PG Diploma inHR
Experience
8 to 12Years out of which at least 2 years in a managerrole.
FunctionalCompetencies
Shouldhave managed a team of 24 (HR /Recruitment)
Hasgood knowledge on Statutorycompliances
HRExperience in Bank Finance NBFCpreferred
Shouldhave handled Third Party Recruitments Recruitment through Job sitesand importantly should have good hand on Recruitment through SocialNetworking.
Shouldbe able to create balance between Top Management and Functional /Non Functionalpeople
