Overview The TalentAcquisition Executive Intern plays a crucial role in supporting therecruitment and talent acquisition processes within theorganization. This role is vital in identifying and attracting toptalent building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamlesscandidate experience. The intern will work closely with the TalentAcquisition team to learn and execute recruitment strategiesparticipate in candidate engagement and contribute to the overalltalent acquisitionfunction.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Assist in sourcingcandidates through various channels such as job boards social mediaand professional networks
  • Screen resumes andapplication forms to identify potentialcandidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers tounderstand their recruitment needs
  • Schedule andcoordinate interviews with candidates
  • Conductinitial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesfit
  • Participate in employer branding activitiesto attract top talent
  • Assist in organizing andattending career fairs and other recruitingevents
  • Contribute to the development ofrecruitment strategies and bestpractices
  • Provide administrative support to theTalent Acquisition team
  • Participate in theonboarding process for newhires

RequiredQualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor sdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Strong desire to build a career in TalentAcquisition
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and work with sensitiveinformation
  • Detailoriented with strongorganizational and time managementskills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritizeworkload effectively
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice and experience with applicant tracking systems is aplus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and theability to work well in a team
  • Selfmotivatedwith a strong sense of initiative andownership
  • Understanding of recruitmentprinciples and bestpractices
