JobResponsibilities: Developand execute recruiting strategies to attract highquality candidatesfor various positions within the organization.Lead and manage a team of recruiters providing guidancesupport and coaching to ensure team success.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffingneeds and develop job descriptions and selectioncriteria. Utilize a variety of recruitingmethods including social media job boards networking and employeereferrals to source candidates. Screen resumesconduct interviews and assess candidates to determine fit forspecific roles and the organization. Managethe entire recruitment process including scheduling interviewscoordinating candidate assessments and extending joboffers. Build and maintain relationships withexternal recruiting agencies and vendors to supplement internalrecruiting efforts when necessary. Develop andimplement metrics to track recruiting effectiveness includingtimetofill costperhire and candidate satisfaction.Stay informed of industry trends and best practices intalent acquisition and make recommendations for continuousimprovement. Ensure compliance with allrelevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitmentprocess.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field; Masters degreepreferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience intalent acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadershiprole. Proven track record of developing andexecuting successful recruiting strategies in a fastpacedenvironment. Strong leadership and managementskills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels ofthe organization. Demonstrated ability toeffectively utilize recruiting tools and technology to streamlineprocesses and improve efficiency. Knowledge ofemployment laws and regulations with a commitment to maintainingcompliance throughout the recruitment process.Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability tomanage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset and aproactive approach to recruiting challenges.
