Job Description:

Design and manage comprehensivecompensation and benefits packages.

Develop andimplement HR policies aligned with company values and ensureemployee compliance.

Lead the recruitmentprocess including sourcing screening interviewing and offer lettercreation.

Utilize LinkedIn to actively sourceand attract top talent.

Oversee onboardingprograms and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing employeedevelopment opportunities.

Manage employeerelations including counseling and conducting exitinterviews.

Organize employee events andinitiatives to promote a positive company culture.

Address workplace safety concerns and handle employeecomplaints.

Design implement and manage bonusprograms.

Analyze and track HR metrics includingemployee turnover and costperhire.

Recommend andimplement improvements to the entire recruitment process.

Maintain accurate employee records and attendancedata.

Manage terminations and ensure compliancewith labor laws.

Demonstrate a working knowledgeof accounts and taxation practices.

Required Skills:

Masters degree in Human Resource Management ora related field (preferred)

4 years ofexperience in a Senior HR or similar role

Strongknowledge of PF/ESIC regulations

Provenexperience in recruitment including sourcing screening andinterviewing

Expertise in salary structuredesign and administration

Experience indeveloping and delivering training and developmentprograms

Proficient in payroll and budgetmanagement

Solid understanding of general HRadministration practices

Excellent written andverbal communication skills

Indepth knowledge oflabor laws and regulations

Ability to build andmaintain positive employee relationships

Strongleadership analytical and problemsolving skills

Commitment to employee development and bestpractices
