Business Sales Development Representative

PositionOverview:Seekinga dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) witha strong interest in the cryptocurrency space and a talent forsales. As our BDR you will play a pivotal role in driving businessgrowth by effectively communicating the value proposition of ourfiattocrypto conversion services to potential clients. The idealcandidate will also be comfortable articulate and creative inconnecting with Founders CEOs and CXOsglobally.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Proactivelyprospect qualify and generate leads through outbound calls emailsand networking efforts.
- Conduct thoroughresearch to identify key decisionmakers within target organizationsand understand their pain points andneeds.
- Articulate the benefits of our platformsfiattocrypto conversion solutions to potential clients effectivelyaddressing their concerns andobjections.
- Collaborate closely with the salesand marketing teams to develop and implement strategic outreachcampaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of allinteractions and activities in the CRMsystem.
- Achieve and exceed monthly andquarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updatedon industry trends market conditions and competitor activities toinform sales strategies andtactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
- 2 4 years of experience in salespreferably in the fintech or cryptocurrencyindustry.
- Proven track record of exceedingsales targets and delivering results in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andrelationships with clients.
- Excellentnegotiation and closing skills with a keen eye for identifyingsales opportunities.
- Techsavvy with proficiencyin CRM software and Microsoft Officesuite.
- Comfortable articulate and creative inconnecting with Founders CEOs and CXOsglobally.
- Passion for cryptocurrencies andblockchain technology with a desire to stay informed about thelatest developments in theindustry.
