Serve as the primarypoint of contact for clients ensuring exceptional customersatisfaction. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets forindustrial products and services. Developand implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth inthe industrial segment. CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate with the productdevelopment team to align product offerings with the needs of theindustrial market. Work closely with thesales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketpenetration. Proposal Development andContract Negotiation: Prepare and presentcompelling proposals tailored to the unique requirements ofindustrial clients. Negotiate contracts andagreements to secure profitable business deals.Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trendscompetitor activities and market developments. Provide regular reports on salesperformance market feedback and opportunities forimprovement.
AcademicRequirements : Bachelor s degree in BusinessMarketing Engineering or a relatedfield.ExperienceRequirements: 35 years of proven experience inindustrial sales within the HVAC or related manufacturingindustry.
