We are Hiring for Senior Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) -

Bangalore & Hyderabad- Fixed Salary + Conveyance + High Incentives + ESOPS.

Experience - Must have experience in B2B Sales, IT CXO connects, Daily client Meetings , SaaS Based, Business Development, Lead generation, Cold Calling, Revenue Generation.

This role requires direct engagement with the Founder & CEO of Techyons.

Job Description:

We are looking for a competitive and motivated Sr. Business Development Manager to drive SaaS sales in the India market, build CXO-level connects and close deals with MSME/SMB clients. The role requires direct engagement with founder of Techyons, end-to-end sales ownership, strong domain knowledge of IT/software companies and structured reporting.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: Lead Generation Cold Calling Demos Deal Closure.
  • Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with decision-makers in Indian IT/software and related sectors.
  • Drive sales specifically in India across software development MSME's
  • Maintain accurate client databases in MS Office tools.
  • Prepare and share daily sales/activity reports with the founder.
  • Willing to travel within Bangalore/Hyderabad for client meetings & demos

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 3 + years of proven B2B SaaS/software sales experience in India with SMB/MSME clients.
  • Strong understanding of the workings, terminologies, and sales processes of Indian IT/software companies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Existing CXO-level connects in IT space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Must have a Driving License and own vehicle for client meetings.
