Job Description Key Responsibilities :Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: - Manageend-to-end recruitmentlifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across BDM, Presales, Delivery, Cloud, Enterprise Solutions, and IT requirment handling. - Develop and implementsourcing strategiesusing job portals, consultants, social media, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring. - Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination. - Handle recruitment acrossdomestic marketsincluding remote Pan India location(including Gujarat,Chattisgarh,Maharshtra,Goa ) HR Operations & Business Partnering: - Lead HR operations includingbackground verification, onboarding documentation, induction, confirmations, transfers, appraisals, and exit formalities. - Act asBusiness HRpartner, addressing employee grievances, conducting HR connect sessions, and driving engagement initiatives. - Create and implementHR policies and incentive structuresaligned with business goals. - Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and meetKRAs/KPIsfor teams. Process Optimization: - Design formats forAnnual Performance Appraisals, backend rewards, and incentive plans. - Improve recruitment tracking usingposition trackers, databases, and dashboards. - Introduce tech-enabled solutions such asonline background verificationto enhance efficiency. Required Skills & Experience: - 810 years of progressive experience inTalent Acquisition and HR Operations. - Proven track record ofleadership hiring, especially in technology, telecom, and enterprise verticals. - Strong experience instakeholder and vendor management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in tools likeATS, MS Excel, job portals, and HRIS platforms
