Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-endrecruitment process to ensure timely and quality hiring. The role involves sourcing,screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and building a strong talentpipeline to support the organization's manpower needs.Key Responsibilities:● Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from understanding manpower requirementsto on boarding new hires.● Headhunt from the target brands.● Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media,referrals, and professional networks.● Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates'suitability for roles.● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.● Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards in HR systems.● Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies.● Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and recurring roles.● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.● Handle offer management, salary negotiation, and pre-on boarding formalities.● Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus hiringwhen required.Required Skills and Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).● 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Retal only)● Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools(LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.● Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
