Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition 📍 Location: Mumbai 💰 CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA 🕒 Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment (must-have) About the Role We’re looking for a passionate Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our fast-scaling startup. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind building high-performing teams while also supporting broader HR initiatives. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition (70%) - Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions — from sourcing and screening to offer rollouts - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft effective hiring strategies - Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth interview experience - Build strong talent networks through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach - Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the HR team HR Generalist (30%) - Support onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates - Assist in employee engagement and communication initiatives - Contribute to HR operations and compliance where needed What We’re Looking For - Education: Degree or specialization in Human Resources (preferred) - Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience — ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment - Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi - Strong communication, coordination, and people skills - Proactive, organized, and eager to take ownership of growing responsibilities Why Join Us - Be part of a high-growth startup shaping the future of Cleantech. - Work directly with passionate founders and business leaders - Real opportunities to grow into an HR Business Partner / Manager role - Energetic, collaborative culture that values ideas, speed, and initiative
